I counted 12 different families who stood for over an hour and a half waiting for cars that they had reserved SIX months in advance. Unbelievably bad service at the counter. Unbelievably atrocious business practices. How this company continues to exist boggles my mind. Don't choose Budget, rent a horse and a buggy. You'll most likely get to your destination sooner.
