He stayed late to accommodate us when we ran late picking up the car and assisted on his day off to extend our rental avoiding non-return fees. I've rented from Budget twice since our experience with Ali.

My reservation was messed up, I was charged extra for things that did not happen, there was no one there when the office was supposed to be opened. Expect nothing but disappointment, frustration and extra charges from this company. DO NOT USE.
