  The technicians were actively engaged and communicating with each other and myself very effectively. I felt like all my concerns and questions were heard and answered with respect. All the things I needed done were taken care of in a timely manner. I’ll be back and will recommend their services to my friends and family.

  This place are really good doing oil changes . but everything else I had issues some of there equipment don’t work.there coupons are great.

  We stopped by on 3/20/26 to get our Air Conditioner charged up on my 1994 Chevy Truck. Ian the manager was super helpful in explaining how the A/C system worked and how he could tell it was likely just low on freon and not likely leaking much as it had quite a bit of freon in it even after not being used all winter. He gathered the other employees around and explained how to do the service on my older truck in what seemed to be a very professional manner as though he were a mentor to the staff, one of whom privately told me after he was an awesome manager and knew a ton about fixing cars. When running my engine after the recharge I asked the Asst Mgr Alec if he could tell what the slight knocking sound was that was coming from my engine, which I thought might be a sticky valve. He spent some time looking at it and then held his finger on one of the spark plugs and the knocking sound ended - it was just loose! The repair shop who had changed my plugs in Salt Lake City had apparently not fully tightened that one! I had a socket set and tightened it right then, which is very fortunate as my wife and I were just starting on a 150 mile trip to our cabin and that plug could have blown out. Stumbling into this well run store was an answer to prayer, as we had just prayed for the old truck to run well on this trip and had not even thought of stopping for service, but just saw the A/C recharge sign while getting gas at the Maverik next door. From what I saw, the management and staff at this particular outlet were top notch, and I will definitely be driving out of my way to come here from now on to get my truck serviced. Thank you!

  This is the only place I go to get my oil changed and for my yearly inspection (and registration in the spot). They are all so nice there and they accept coupons so it’s not so overwhelming. I get the synthetic blend for my car (required) and even without the coupons, it’s still the least expensive I can find. Plus also, you get to stay in your car and chat with the great people working on my car. They never get impatient over my very curious questions on what I hey are doing to my car. So kind!! Will never go anywhere else.

  I have been going there for over 10 years! The same place on 800 North in Orem just east of State Street. Man! They ALWAYS take of me and my family. Honest, straight forward, fast, efficient, polite and upbeat! No hidden costs, always the same price and I love the coupons I receive via text and email. This last visit, they asked me if I wanted to have them look at my Tahoe cabin filter. I said sure! Headed out in less than a couple of minutes and it was filthy! They installed it we fired it back up but it was making a humming noise when I cranked up the AC. They did not hesitate and said, “ don’t worry sir, we’ll get this figured out right now” They took it back apart and discovered a couple of leaves had fallen down in the fan area. They got their air compressor and shop vac out, cleaned it up, put it all back together and it was good to go! And Alec, you da man! See you all next time! David
