  Awesome service! Kelsie is always so, so nice to me and always love seeing her there. It’s fun to be friends with someone at the car wash. I went through a period of time where I was too claustrophobic to brave the car wash. She would always be so kind to me when I’d drive in but ultimately end up driving on it without going through. There was also a kind male worker who wants gave me a duck - trying to help me be brave. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name. I enjoy getting a clean car and also having such kind workers to help.

  I’ve had nothing but amazing service when I go through this car wash. They get you in and out as fast as they can, with some of the most friendliest employees I’ve met. Other car washes I’ve been to are slow, lazy, don’t care for their job and are not as reliable as this location. This woman that goes by the name Jolene gives the best customer service, and always has a smile on her face while doing so! If you have a quick quack membership or are looking into getting one. This is the location I would go to do so if I were you!

  First time this has happened but I went through the Quick Quack near Costco in Orem and afterwards notice no less than a dozen chips in my front windshield. The manager said they dont cover glass. People should be aware of the before and after of their cars before going through this location.

  Went to Quick Quack Car Wash on 1/16 and had an awesome experience thanks to Andrew. Before the wash, he took the extra time to buckle my truck bed cover and fold in my mirrors, which immediately stood out as great customer service. After the wash, there was some hard water spotting left, and Andrew clearly explained why it wouldn’t come off in the car wash instead of just brushing it off. He then went above and beyond by helping me remove it by hand using vinegar. Andrew was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful — the kind of employee that makes you want to come back. Really appreciate the level of care and attention here.
