Quick Car Wash Orem location. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Despite being a loyal customer, have loved my experience with past staff employees, my tire slipped off the track, and employee Cody was incredibly rude, yelling and blaming me without accountability. When I told her she was being rude and did not need to be so rude towards me in her manners, yelling, eye rolling, tone and glaring stance, she dismissed me and said, I am not being rude. The manager, Andrew, escalated the situation further, becoming aggressive and dismissive, refusing to validate my concerns. Yelling at me to move because cars were behind me in line. Unprofessional and intimidating behavior from both. I walked out emotionally attacked, feeling utterly threatened and blamed. Cody’s rude yelling and aggressive tone left me shaken, refusing to own her mistake. Manager Andrew’s aggressive stance, towering over me as a small woman of 5’4”, him being over 6 ft, felt like an abuse of power—intimidating and abusive behavior that escalated everything. Their dismissive attitudes showed no accountability or empathy. Unacceptable behavior from staff.
Their lack of training is deeply concerning and needs to be addressed. No one has the right to tell you how you feel or the experience you experienced. When an employee is at a job, they are a representative of the company and its training. These are young adults who have no respect for a woman or customer.
