On the 18th of this month, I took my car to this location to get it washed. I arrived between 8-8:30 am, quick quack had already been open for atleast a hour. At the end of the tunnel I put my car in drive. Due to quick quack negligence, the ground was completely covered in black ice. As soon as I was in drive my car slid with no traction on black ice and smacked into the curb. My car now has a broken wheel/rim, has been at the bodyshop since. Quick quack promised me and the responding 2 police officers that filed a police report that they would fix my car and get me into a rental car. They recently denied coverage and responsibility blaming it on the age of mycar (2017) I didn't know a vehicles age had anything to do with ice that was covered o the ground due to there negligence. They also canceled my membership and had me public trespassed.
