  NO SKI RACKS* Got rejected by this quick quack car wash from having very low mounted ski racks. Considering living in a state that is heavily populated by skiers it would be nice to have an option to get a car wash with ski racks. Staff was very nice about it however, other car washes in the valley have options for me.

  The unqualified people running these places need to do a better Job at turning away vehicles with mud all over them…. This is a brand new car and 1 time through this BRAND NEW car wash and this is what it does DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I have also posted a picture of the muddy truck they were letting in. The manager of this place is extremely rude and cant take accountability for anything!!! He told me my keys scratched the car, um what dummy this car does not have a key🤣🤣 it has a rubber fob

  I use university parkway and Sandhill road Quick Quack as it is most convenient for me. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful and the car wash works great. This is a new location. Open only about one month. The people are great and everything works and it’s easy in and out. I have the medium level monthly membership 👍

  A bit disappointed to say the least. $24.99 a month is the cheapest option and it is literally just a basic wash. A few years ago it was less than half that cost for the basic. Not to mention the machine shut down twice as I drove through for my “free” wash. A bunch of people are pulled over outside the business making claims for damage and it’s just a nightmare. Make it make sense.

  We were long term customers of Take5 and quite excited to try quick quack. Our interactions however were quite disappointed. When attempting to sign up for their membership, the quick quack card reader/system was not working. The guy managing payments was nice but the manager who stepped in was anything but pleasant to interact with. He recommended we just sign up online and pay full price or leave. Fortunately the system finally decided to work and we got our car washed. But what an unnecessary interaction, especially when trying to draw in new buisness. Perhaps maybe before turning paying customers away, consider how your system is not working and do something productive about it. Also note that while the idea for the cleaning rags seems ok, it left our hands and car smelling like a sour rag. Not sure if this is representative of quick quack or just a poorly managed new location. We’ll probably cancel our membership because this is our closest location to our house and the experience today was so unpleasant.
