This Maverik is very convenient for me as it is right around the corner. I unfortunately cannot overlook how unhelpful some of their employees in the front can be. In the afternoon these folks are nearly always on their phones and are unkind when I ask for their assistance. My most recent interaction with a fellow named Brigham rubbed me wrong in all sorts of ways. I often resort to asking their kitchen staff for assistance and they are quite helpful. I will continue coming here, but will be asking the kitchen staff before asking anyone near the registers.
