The parts was not in a usable condition and we also were not provided with an invoice. After weeks of calling Hilltop for and invoice we finally returned the part on our own. When we attempted to return the part Hilltop would only take credit on the returned part and refused to refund us the cost of the part. We process thousands and thousands of parts a year and have yet to run into a company with such low standards. DISAPPOINTED!
