  I can’t say enough good things about the Enterprise truck rental location in Orem, Utah — specifically Taylor and Ati! The week before a major event for my small business, my Kia Telluride was rear-ended and ended up in the collision shop. I urgently needed a vehicle capable of safely hauling my trailer from Utah to Golden, Colorado for the Goldens in Golden event. Taylor and Auti went above and beyond to get me set up with a diesel truck to install a hitch in so I could still make the trip happen. Once we arrived in Colorado, the Chevy truck unfortunately began having intermittent screen malfunctions — including the Apple CarPlay connection and the tire pressure monitoring display. Because we were hauling a trailer through canyon terrain with our children in car seats, having access to those safety indicators was extremely important to us. When I explained the situation, Taylor and Auti were incredibly kind, responsive, and proactive. They coordinated seamlessly with the Enterprise location in Lakewood, Colorado (near Golden) to swap us into a brand-new truck for the drive back to Utah, which gave us complete peace of mind for a safe return home. After getting back to Utah, I didn’t want to continue driving a large truck for daily use while my car was still in the shop and was hoping to switch into a smaller SUV similar to my Telluride to save on gas. Even though their Orem location didn’t have an SUV available, they worked with me to arrange dropping the truck off at the Spanish Fork Enterprise — and even handled picking it up themselves. And as if all of that wasn’t thoughtful enough, because they weren’t going to see me in person during the drop-off, Taylor and Ati surprised me by buying a box of Pink Box donuts 🍩 and having them delivered to the Spanish Fork Enterprise location as an apology for the original trucks screen malfunctions. It was such a small but incredibly kind gesture that perfectly reflects the level of care they put into their work. This team turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience. Their professionalism, communication, and kindness were outstanding. I’m extremely grateful and will absolutely be returning to this Enterprise location in the future. Highly recommend working with Taylor and Auti. #LiveLifeGolden ☀️🧡🤍🩵🐕

  Taylor and Ati 10/10, recommend renting from here. They helped me get into a great rental despite having to substitute due to recent vehicle recalls. Thanks again guys!

  The people in your Orem location are awesome! The truck we rented was great too, but I have rented here before and what’s more important to me is the personal nature of the team. Taylor and Ati were outstanding!

  I'm so Mad at not being able to continue to be mad. Taylor J Kept fixing my problems, really! the nerve of him to just fix everything within minutes of me sounding off. How dare he. Thank you, Soooo! much Taylor for taking care of me on my trip. Awesome Job , Awesome Customer Service, and just plain GREAT.
