  The customer service was excellent! They were able to get me in a car even though I hadn’t made a reservation. The car was suited perfectly to me and was very clean and gave me no problems. At every step of the way I was treated with kindness and they were excellent at smoothing any potential challenges.

  Christian, the Assistant Manager at the North Orem, UT location was professional, friendly, humorous and got my wife, daughter and I on our way quickly and with confidence knowing Enterprise would provide us with what we needed. We ended up needing to rent a vehicle for about 5 weeks while we found the right vehicle after ours died out of the blue. Will definitely be using Enterprise in the future!

  We have used Enterprise several times in the past and have had a good experience. This last time, not so much... We reserved a car over a month ago for a fall break trip. Pick up at 8:00 am on a Thursday morning. We got a call that morning at 7:30 saying that there was a problem with our reservation- the car had a recall and so they were looking for other vehicles for us. We were there "top priority". Ok, if that's true it's understandable. But, we drove past another rental company and they had the same van waiting for pickup and we couldn't find any recall information on line. After two hours they called and said they had found a cx-9- which is considerably smaller than a mini van. It was also suggested we could take two sedans which would be ridiculous. We waited 3 more hours while they "searched". They have access to every enterprises inventory. How long does it take to check??? Even if they called all of them within an hour drive (which is what they were looking at) it shouldn't take 5 hours! I honestly don't know if any of that story was true but the thing that really annoyed me is that we ended up having to find a vehicle ourselves. It was in Salt Lake so we had to drive all the way to there then all the way back to Orem. So, we were 7 hours late leaving! I wish that they had been a little bit more transparent about the situation if they thought they couldn't find another one apologize and tell us as soon as that became apparent. It honestly felt like they knew they couldn't do it but customer service said they had to pretend they were trying everything until we gave up.

  Josh and Christian were very quick to explain options for rental cars to me and quick to turn the car in. They were very friendly and addressed my needs quickly. Amazing customer service. I will most certainly use their services again if I need another rental car.
