Not only that but they did not returned the deposit to her debit card yet ( 4 days) despite the car being returned the same day in the same condition that the car was given . Do yourself a favor and rent from a different company or location

The manager Kat Bird, of the North Orem location, handled an unexpected situation, with the utmost 'old school' professionalism! The rental cars are amazing as well. We were also not sure which vehicle to rent and Kat came out and gave us very clear information on what each vehicle provided. Thank you Kat! This world could use more people with customer skills like yours!
