The person I spoke with on the phone was the rudest person ever. Very disrespectful. A towing truck came on scene to tow my vehicle after waiting 3hours versus the 90 mins ETA he said at first. Then because of his rudeness behavior, my wife got angry. He then instructed the driver who already drove my car to the bed of the truck to pull the car back. When the insurance company contacted him to find out the reason, he said to them that I was drunk, that he doesn’t deal with drunk people. Normally when a towing driver feels threatened on the scene, he has been trained to call the cops. This driver just took off, meaning that I was not in any way a threat to him. Stay away from this kind of company.
