  Juan was the only person working; yet he still went above and beyond providing us with the best customer service experience we've ever encountered at any rental place. He was kind, attentive, funny and personable which was the icing on the cake. Thank you Juan for being a shining example of kindness at a time the world needs it more than ever.

  Good customer service. They did not have the minivan we reserved in the AF location so they sent us to the airport. No problems at the airport except for the long wait. The minivan was new with all the bells and whistles. Made our family road trip a whole more enjoyable. When we returned the car to the AF location. The man in the front desk was nice and accommodating. He gave us a discount on the whole thing for having to drive to the airport. In whole, a good experience.

  Ditto what everyone else has said!!! Rent a car from this agency at your own risk and be prepared for what everyone says, including me. I ordered the cheapest level of car at least a week ahead of time. They could only offer me a stick shift car, which I declined. So they took me to a Jeep Wrangler - hardly what I had in mind, especially because it is hard for me (I'm 67) to get in and out of it. Other than that it was fun! HOWEVER, this car got terrible gas mileage - about 16 mpg. And the car was DIRTY outside! I pointed this out, and the girl said they didn't have car washing facilities and couldn't wash it by hand. But this is the kicker - the WINDSHIELD was full of bug stains, etc. and there was NO WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID!! I had to wait about 15-20 minutes for service. The girl that assisted me was actually quite friendly, but she was new. BUT when I went to leave the parking lot, there was a Budget truck towing a car behind me. A guy asked me if I could wait for him to unhitch the car and move the truck,and I said "no, I'm already late for my appointment". He balked, and I got out of the Jeep to talk to the manager. Then he said to me "this is not your DAMN parking lot" and said he would do it. Meanwhile, another van was trying to park in that tight space, so I still had to wait. By this time I was fuming. I have never had such a poor customer service experience in my life!
