Beats the whole purpose of a reservation. Don’t make a reservation online. It’s pointless to this location, cause they’re a “franchisee.” What a joke!

Super friendly and didn’t pressure me into buying anything additional, they didn’t have the car I ordered but made it up by giving me a different car that suited me more after him finding out where I was going. Loved it
