  Generally a good wash, however - the wash tore the door off my charging port and flung it into the machine where it was damaged. In filing a claim the company decided that the door is not an attached part of the car, and thus would offer no compensation. Was a member for over 3.5 years, and they have lost that business. Thank you Kayla Harrison, for your decision to not honor your own signage indicating that parts less than 5 years old, original equipment, and permanently attached are covered.

  This place is great. Been a member for a long time. But today I was helped by Natalia and she was absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to talk and ask how the service has been. She even made my little one happy by gifting her a cute duck. It’s the little things that can make a persons day. Great gal! Thank you Natalia for your wonderful service and beautiful smile 😃

  They're customer service reps are superb. Unfortunately I don't like the Auto car wash equipment that scraped off paint and blew off the piece of front of my hood. Which was gone by the very next when I went back to the location. They did an investigation to see if they saw it on camera and it too long. When did they did call me back said that they couldn't do anything about it because my car was older than 5 years old. I'm on SSI and can't afford to keep paying for something that keeps costing me money so I canceled and will see a refund in 2-3 days. Won't be using an automatic car wash by membership ever again
