  They keep charging my card even tho i canceled my membership 3 months ago. No communication that they were selling. I contact them and nothing changes. Finally i get an email saying they sold the location to quick quack and that i should contact them because all memberships have been transferred to them. MY CHARGE COMES UP AS TAKE 5 CAR WASH NOT QUICK QUACK! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! DO NOT BUY MEMBERSHIPS WITH THEM!

  It’s horrible. Don’t use this car wash drove through the rinse and the dryers don’t even work. I drove through again complaining about that. They didn’t care it still wasn’t working. I left with soap on my car horrible.

  Overcharged. I used to use quick quack but this is more convenient. I have always asked for the basic wash which is supposed to be $12, yet my credit card statement says they charged me $17. Won't return.

  I have been loyal to this company for over 5 years and today, even though they still have the same logo and i still paid this company my monthly full membership dues they decided to take there loyal customers and push them out. Why are they charging me if they won’t let me go through the car wash? Loyalty to customers is everything and they have lost my trust. Do not trust this company!
