  I have a new to me vehicle so I want to keep it nice and having a monthly pass helps. My experience is always good, the vacuum areas are clean and I love the hours. I wish the air guns were working. I also brought up a concern that sometimes they try to push cars in too close to each other but today got to witness the safety feature that the entire wash stops as part of their collision prevention system. I do like to give more space though. Today is the first time I’ve had to wait for a vacuum so I just got gas until a bay opened up. I think the new fast food places are going to make this location much busier!

  I have been a customer for a couple of years and this Pleasant View location is hands down the worst quick quack location in the entire valley that I have used. This place serves one purpose only-a quick way to get the salt and road grime partially off your vehicle in the winter and that is the best thing I can say about it. If you choose this location just keep your expectations low and be careful as the 2700 N and Rulon White intersection is very busy. Towels are usually empty no matter what time you go (but they did go to all the trouble for the childish basketball hoops to “slam dunk” the towels they don’t provide). This wouldn’t be such a big deal, but the exit blowers seem to spread the soap and water around rather than get it off your vehicle. The compressed air hasn’t worked in months and the vacuums have no real suction most of the time. If it wasn’t so close to my home I would never go here and it’s frustrating to have to go to a miles away to Ogden, Roy or Riverdale if you want to really clean your vehicle after paying for the premium services they claim to offer. All that said, every once in a great while you get both a towel and a working vacuum. I will gladly change my review when this location makes even the simplest commitment to its customers and provides the services they advertise. Do better folks!
