  Penske is by far the best people to rent from when your moving. I moved from SC to UT and our car trailer tire blew up. Luckily, Penske roadside assistance puts the safety of the client first and got me assistance ASAP. The Penske store allowed me to leave the Penske truck there with all of my household goods and even gave me extra days due to the road incident. I highly recommend Penske due to the quality of their trucks and customer service!

  Started off by stoping by the day before I needed the truck so I could make sure it was going to work for what I was moving. Got to the office stood there for about 45 minutes and Cory never showed up. Come to find out he had to "step away from the office" for a few hours. Anyway I rented a truck for a Friday morning took the day off work so I could get things moved. Told them i needed the truck Friday morning the guy said it would be ready by 9am. I get there to pick it up and well... no truck. They then tell me oh sorry the truck wont be back until noon. I could have easily taken a half day had I know that they double booked the truck. Needless to say I was extremely upset. Unfortunately I cant remember the ladies name that was helping me but she was great. She called the SLC location had one of them run me down a truck and even gave us a very generous discount for our troubles. Had she not handled things the way she did I would have left a 1 star review.
