I got in and had to leave to be on time for an appointment only to find that I could not put my window up. They charge an extra service fee to do emissions and On the Spot renewal that other locations do not. Update: After posting the review and going back when my next appointment was done they got the window up. It took them only a few minutes and then ordered the part needed to fix my window. I came back the next day to get it fixed. It only took them 10 minutes. I give them 1 more point for being fast on fixing. I remove 1 point because I had to post a review and confront them to get it fixed. What was needed for me to provide a higher review in the future: them offering to fix it and telling me about the broken window up front.

I called them, explained the situation..I was asked to bring it in.. I restate why I am there.. yet I ended up with back brakes?? Not sure of the confusion?? Then I was told that they didn't tighten the gasket that keeps the oil where it should be.. then I was told that my housing system and valve was leaking.. I told them wow that's amazing.. Because not only did it not leak, you failed to mention ANY issues!! Over the weekend it continued to leak.. now we're at 3 visit.. time,gas unneeded issues. This time I was told all gaskets were leaking.. that over time the oil has collected and has spilled over.. my car is 6 years old, average mileage.. I was told she's old and with Miles like that.. expect issues.. I thought I was at the Dr.s office.. standard answer for I don't know.. is your old.. After checking with my mechanic friends.. I was told that Jiffy Lube uses a pump to administer oil.. there for over filling..causes pressure on the gaskets/ valves.. I really hope Jiffy Lube is planning on making this right.. if not.. maybe I can stop others from the same fate..
