She was told they don’t do conventional oil change on her car, that’s a lie because we’ve done conventional oil on that car from Jiffy many times without any problem. She also asked how much the oil change will cost now with synthetic blend? they said around $20. When they were done they made her pay over $40 saying the first person misquoted her. Horrible way to invite and treat a veteran on Veterans Day. Shame!

Because of a very recent replacement of my car’s battery, emission readings could not be obtained until I put on more than 100 miles on the engine. Each visit the management and staff treated me like family. They were personable and professional and took my car into the garage right away. While I could go to a different location for future emissions testing, I look forward to returning here. They made a required service a pleasant experience.
