  Enterprise continues to be the best car rental company in the business. This place is no exception. As a truck driver, parking my rig at the local Flying J (truck stop), it's especially great they'll pick you up.

  Scheduled to rent a van from Friday 12:00 to the following Sunday 12:00 to drive to California. Firstly, we got there at 11:30 2/19 to pick up, the pushy sales person started the whole walk through process on one van that was near full so my husband did the gas agreement with them, and continued the walk around and My husband pointed out damage on the passenger side mirror. They stopped the walk around, moved to another van did the whole blah blah, you should add this, you should add that We get the van, get home to pack up and we realize the rental agreement was for the FIRST van we saw, they didn’t switch us over. We call, they email a new one however, this van had a half a tank of gas and we had told them to do the full for the first van they were going to give us . So we use it the whole week, it works fine, nice van. We go to take it back after checking on our return time and this enterprise isn’t open at noon on Sunday. They did not give us directions on an after hours drop off. I tried to call and they were not open so obviously, no answer and no one to ask what to do. So we get there at 1:09 and have to wait almost 10 min for the check out. They charged us for 2 extra hours for, picking up early and getting it back late. What a damn joke. We got there at 11:30 on Friday the 19, we didn’t drive off the lot until noon by the time they switched us vans waisted time pressuring us into adding all the options, with a van that we didn’t have the correct rental agreement for us recorded and we had no idea how to leave it at noon when they weren’t open. I will likely never use this location again. I feel like we got nickeled and dimed.

  Not a good time they didn't have my van i reserved and tried to upgraded and charge my an arm and a leg dont think im gonna use them again very disappointed

  I set up a rental to drive from Ogden, UT to Twin Falls, ID after my father was in the hospital for 5 days. I had a free rental day as I have been a loyal customer for about 8 years now. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was not able to take the car because I had lost my credit card at the hospital and only had my debit card. My father's girlfriend had to leave him at the hospital to come to start another rental in her name with her credit card, changing the amount charged from $30 (taxes) to $177 because I could no longer use my free day. I'm extremely upset by this as the trip to UT was unexpected and expensive to begin with. I would expect Enterprise at the very least to let me use my free day given the circumstances.

  If I could put a negative star rating, I would. I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise for 15 years. The last time I reserved a car, (November 2025) they treated me like some sort of criminal. I canceled the reservation and will not rent from them again !!!!! 👎👎👎
