We've been jumping their hoops for days trying to rent a car, they said it was because we were from out of state with only a debit card so they said we needed someone local with any account so we found a family member willing to help, come to find out they don't accept that banking institution, the next day we come back with another family member with a bank account they'll accept, local (literally all the issues they've had, we accommodated). The employees this morning were beyond unprofessional, wouldn't answer any questions with anything but a NOPE, kept being completely rude and clearly didn't want to do their jobs. We will be calling corporate office for a formal complaint because the last 3 days at this enterprise has been awful. Hopefully they get their information correct for the next people looking to rent a vehicle. UPDATE my husband was able to go down the street to another enterprise and received excellent service from the employee, he was helpful and understanding and it took all of 15 minutes from paperwork to driving off in a RENTAL!
