Enterprise was great! The manager, Trayson, helped and couldn't have been nicer! I'd highly recommend Enterprise for your rental car needs.

It doesn't win their rent a car.She had a reservations set, but she came up short because they did not offer the online pricing and so we didn't end up. Being able to get was a big hassle and took app a lot of our time, so I do not recommend this place and they were very rude about it. And did not try to resolve the situation at all, even though they were the ones that quoted her the price online.

The service from Enterprise was outstanding. Alex, the Assistant manager was nothing short of incredible. No problems, car was great and they were so accommodating when I had to extend my rental 3 different times. I will always come back for my rental needs.

They tried to charge more than reservation when picking car up and on return. Had to fight them on pricing both times. Tried to upsell me insurance and gas and were pushy. Took 30 minutes for them to release the car even though I did paperwork online before arriving. Worst place to rent a car in Ogden.

This location was beyond terrible. We rented in Twin and got on the road around 6am. We heard a noise that didn't sound quite right but since our location was closed, we decided to try it anyway and stop at one down the road if. A little ways down the road, the brake limited functionality caution light flashed on the dashboard. The closest place was Ogden and so we called as soon as they opened. They told us there was no vehicle to replace our van and they put us through to roadside assistance. Roadside told us to go ahead and proceed to the location and that we would be taken care of and not to leave the location until we were helped. We walked in and the two guys who were working basically told us there was nothing they could do and to drive 40 minutes out of our way to the airport to trade it in (they did call the other Ogden store and they also said they didn't have anything) I said that we are not driving the car with the issues it is having. They said there was nothing they could do. My grandpa asked about whp repairs their vehicles and that made the guy say, "Oh, that's an option too. You guys could take it to the repair shop and wait for them to fix it." WHY in the world would WE take it to the shop? (So we can not make it to.our destination on time?) He also said they could put us in the 5 passenger (even though there was 7 of us). I called roadside assistance again (because they told us to call them if we weren't getting help). They told me they would escalate the issue and I would be called within the hour. After a half an hour I called roadside assistance as I figured the first call we placed when we told them about the issue was plenty of time for this to have been worked out. She then told me that it showed my status was "resolved." Come to find out, the Ogden store is who they escalated it to and they marked "resolved" knowing full well it was not resolved. Roadside also said there was a note in the system that said we were called by the Ogden store 20 minutes after the second Roadside call (that was most definitely not true). (OH! That makes complete sense to have the store that wasn't helping us in the first place to go ahead and figure out what we shoud do) I then decided to call the office back in Twin Falls, ID (thinking there was probably not a lot they could do for me) and Chris told me he would call around and find a replacement. Within 5 minutes, he called me back and said he had a contact at the Salt Lake airport that would trade us for another minivan. I was worried about driving the van with the caution light and weird sound, 40 minutes away but he assured me that if something did cause a breakdown, we would not have to pay the towing fee. The transition was so smooth in Salt Lake and I appreciate our hometown Enterprise for doing what Ogden should have done. They located the replacement and secured it for us rather than telling us we could try to drive to Salt Lake and see if they had one, take it to the shop, or take an Uber to Salt Lake. Our hometown redeemed Enterprise! I never wanted to do business with Enterprise ever again (until speaking with the Twin Falls branch) Ogden was TERRIBLE! (Both of them). I can't say I was too impressed with roadside assistance either....the first woman that said to go ahead and proceed to Ogden and that they "would" help and not to leave until they did, was terribly wrong. The second guy didn't tell me that I was waiting on a phone call from the very store I was having issues with. The third gal was very sweet even though I was FURIOUS, but still did not get the help.
