Ifinally got through to customer service to see if I should take the tire to budget or a tire place to get fixed so we had a safe trip back. I was told to go to budget in Albuquerque nm to get the tire fixed but nobody was there to fix it. So we drove 2 hours and 40 min for no reason then finally decided to get it fixed at discount tire. The worst car rental service. I filed a complaint with customer service also thinking of contacting bbb .
