When I came in today the lobby had 10-15 customers in line and there was only one employee helping customers. The remainder of the employees were sitting in the back hiding from customers. I Literally heard the only employee working beg for help and another employee say “we don’t get paid enough to work around the holidays.” Don’t waste your time, drive to any other AutoZone or auto parts store in the area.

FYI, O’Reilly’s in Salt Lake price matched Amazon for me last week. Drove all the way from salt lake for this, should’ve checked before coming up here.

- TFTori FlintDec 18, 20252.0This place used to be the absolute best AutoZone around. But the last several times I’ve come here I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. The nicest person I met was also the most confused and when I asked how my battery test went, they said “it wasn’t bad bad”. But that doesn’t really help me in knowing if I need a replacement or not. I had to exchange some headlights because I bought the wrong one. A guy told me to grab the ones I needed while he started the exchange. But he just returned them, which isn’t a huge deal but like why? There’s a guy who always wears a hat and glasses and he’s honestly the most friendly person I’ve met in a while both times of interacted with him, he seems annoyed that I am even in there. I’m sure AutoZone doesn’t provide them with a salary that makes him happy to come to work and that’s the company’s fault. But as a customer, it’s really disheartening. After standing in line today for quite a while with four employees, just kind of wandering And no one acknowledging me, this will be my last visit to this location. Please work on boosting your staffs moraley.
