  Horrible customer service. The younger guys on night are clueless on what they’re doing. I went in here to buy some oil for an oil change and I was told by a white skinny country kid with long hair and a chunky, dark skin kid that I can’t price match. I told them I’ve been coming to this store for years and I’ve always price matched. They told me no that they couldn’t do it. I told him to call the store manager (Kathy) because she always takes care of me. The skinny white kid with pimples said “I’ll call Kathy, actually I’ll call my general manager” I said great call them and watch. He called and had it on speaker phone thinking he was going to be right. NOPE! lol the manager told him that he could price match it and she didn’t know where he was getting this idea from! He then fixed the price and walked to the back didn’t say anything to me and never came back out like a COWARD! Now I’m coming here every time to price match just to make these little kids mad!

  Dean helped me out with everything I needed. From running my check engine code, to informing me on the specific type of coolant i need for my GM vehicle (I was about to buy the wrong one). Dean provides 10/10 service, give this man a raise

  Cathy at the North Ogden store went above and beyond. She was extremely helpful in looking up our account and with ordering a part. Customer support like that deserves recognition. Thank you, Cathy!

  I highly reccomend this Auto Zone. The employees went above and beyond when my car broke down. They were professional, knowledgeable and very kind. I really appreciate the support they gave.

  I was the family runner for a needed part, but I don't have the mechanical knowledge. Gavin V cheerfully helped me locate the needed part and Richard checked me out. Richard noticed that this isn't my home state and asked a few questions about where I live. I was impressed with the professional, knowledgeable, and personable employees. I highly recommend Auto Zone #03761 for your auto needs!
