  This location is poorly designed and dangerously mismanaged. In freezing temperatures, they failed to maintain a safe exit from the car wash, which directly resulted in my vehicle sliding on ice and crashing into the fence. The impact caused damage to my wheel alignment, and I am now stuck paying for this. Due to their negligence. I immediately reported the incident. More than two weeks later, no one has contacted me despite repeated attempts to follow up. When I first alerted the attendant to the hazardous icy conditions at the exit, he avoided addressing the issue by going into the warming hut and allowing additional vehicles into the car wash resulting in more un necessary damage to other vehicles. The young attendant would not engage with me until I refused to leave. Only then was I offered an incident report—which appears to be useless, as no one follows up. This is not a minor oversight; it is a serious safety issue and reflects a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I am grateful no one was injured, but this situation could have ended much worse. I strongly recommend avoiding this location/ company and choosing a safer, better-managed car wash. This is a major red flag. ****Appreciate the response I received within a few hours after posting this review. After multiple un answered emails and phones calls and empty promises of follow up. This photo of the next car after me that hit the fence and they finally added salt after the multiple slide offs but off course quick quack won’t take any responsibility for their negligence.

  The first one in Utah that don't have towels. Besides, the work seems to being make the biggest favor of bos life. -D

  This car wash isn’t remotely close to drying the car. It looks like it rained on it every time I leave it and the brushes will scratch your car. I have a brand new car that I’ve taken to it three times and it pass marks already. I have not done anything else to that vehicle to wash it outside of taking it there three times. I’ve let them know many times about the issues. And all they send me is an automated message thanking me for my input, but they don’t do anything about it. Very poor customer experience. I would not recommend.

  Car wash was great, one of the employees actually did a great job, helped me out with everything. His name is King, best experience I’ve ever had at a car wash. Should definitely give him a raise

  When I went in I had a former student Mosiah help me. Even though he already knew me, I felt like he gave me service that he would've given to anyone else. I would recommend this location anytime someone needs a car wash.
