  Excellent service! The young people who provide customer service are very friendly and attentive. I really liked that they have towels to clean and dry your car, and they also have very powerful vacuum cleaners. Of course, they give a time limit for using them, but they are very good. Excellent service! 😍

  I visited this morning hoping to start a new membership with ease. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the sales associate was underwhelming and lacked basic customer service skills and product knowledge. As instructed by the employee, we placed our car in neutral and followed closely behind the vehicle in front of us. During the first cleaning cycle, the car behind us was suddenly propelled forward and struck us hard enough to jerk our bodies and cause me to spill my drink. The conveyor belt then halted and an alarm sounded, leaving us stationary for an extended period. No staff members came to check on us or explain what had happened. We ultimately had to search for assistance ourselves. It was concerning to see no one in authority present, and the staff appeared confused and unprepared to handle the situation. Overall, this was not the positive first experience we expected. It’s unclear whether the vehicles were positioned appropriately to begin with, but the lack of safety precautions and response was very disappointing.
