I wish their cashiers and employees had a better level of customer service and respect for customers!!

Today, as we were leaving, one of your employees or drivers kindly held the door open for us. I’ll admit, I forgot to say thank you in the moment—but we didn’t say anything rude or disrespectful either. Despite that, he responded with an attitude, seemingly just because we didn’t express thanks. While it’s courteous to say thank you, it shouldn’t be expected or demanded from others, especially in a professional setting. Ridiculous. (This incident happened between 8:10-8:35 AM)
