Also when I got my car the engine cover was just thrown in my passenger seat. I love jiffy lube but this one goes on the bottom of the list.

I went in for a simple oil change, they wanted to sell me on a cabin air filter for $50(they cost $7 on Amazon) I told them I'd do it myself, so when I got home to do it myself I saw that they broke one of the little plastic tabs inside the glove box, they smashed my air filter in there incorrectly, and they never even put the air filter cover back on so it was just loose in the glove compartment area. they also said they rotated my tires...and I know for a fact they didn't because my passenger front tire has a slow leak and guess what...that same tire is still in the same exact position. This Jiffy Lube is completely incompetent and I will never let them touch my truck again. I'd give them 0 stars if u could.

Sadly, the State System was down so they couldn't complete the "on the spot registration" process. Not their fault though and we were informed about the problem and were advised to return on or after the 17th of Nov when the State System should be back up and running.

NEVER HAVE THEM PERFORM THIS SERVICE ON YOUR VEHICLE! Truck began overheating as soon as I drove it out of their facility. They spilled coolant into the vent system making the truck undriveable.

After a while, he came out and said it was $145, and my husband said, "But you waited for me and didn't tell me the price for the service." My husband told him, "At least I'm going to use my discount coupon that I always use," and the attendant refused to accept the coupon. He was very rude and dishonest when he do not first gave him the estimated price for the service. He only did a less discount after my husband complained.I will never come back here.
