If Juan isn't a supervisor or in a management position; Juan really should be. - PNPaige NelsonFeb 19, 20261.0Do not come here if you need help with your tire. I had a single nail in my tire, was told there were two so they had to do two patches. My tire light came on again so I went back and was told something was loose and needed tightened. My light came on again. I went back and after an hour of waiting was told nothing was wrong with my tire but “when the light comes on again” to come back. Not if. When. I took it to discount tires to get a second opinion, they did a dip test and found air leaking out of both plugs. Not patches. Plugs! Plugs are typically saved for off-roading vehicles that need a quick, temporary fix. I now have to buy a new tire because the way Jiffy Lube “fixed” my tire actually ruined it. Do not waste your time or money here
