At 65 years of age I am offended by male cashiers that look like Marilyn Manson or Ozzy Osbourne with black long fingernails and make up with a psycho goth look asking me for not only my ID but wanting to scan it into their cash register which again makes me feel very uncomfortable. These were once a good chain of stores with clean cut men and women that were polite and had enough common sense to tell an elder apart from a juvenile. North Ogden has gone down hill

I was using the self checkout as I normally do because the employees can get busy and I’m perfectly fine to do it myself. However I was searching through my purse for my wallet when one of the guys behind the counter came over and said what I thought was, “is there something I can help you with?” And I replied, “oh no thank you! I’m okay!” And he stared and me and waved his hands at me because I misheard him and snapped at me and repeated what he had said and then what I had said in a sarcastic tone while waving his hands at me…it was incredibly rude and I just simply couldn’t believe someone would treat another person that way over something so small such as mishearing him! Especially when I thought I responded pleasantly!
