  I’ve always liked going to this car wash because of the service and attention they gave customers, but now it’s an unrecognizable place. There are no longer any cleaning products to clean the inside of the cars, and it’s clear they don’t have much staff anymore. They no longer offer towels to properly finish drying the cars. How is it that a place that used to be so good is now like this? It’s unfortunate—I hope this changes soon.

  Parking lot/vacuum area is covered in trash, glass, staples and they are no longer putting cleaning products out for customers to use (which we pay for). Will be canceling our pass.

  This place has gone downhill. Maybe it's just the morning crew? They are supposed to open at 8:00am. When I get there a little after 8, sometimes they are open and sometimes they are not. Car wash entrance shut. No employees. I paid for a monthly membership and the gate used to open automatically but now for the past few months, the gate beeps and the gate machine tells me I've used up all my monthly credits. I must wait for an employee to force the computer to open the gate. There has been a couple times where there are no microfiber towel to use to wipe the excess water off the car because the employees did not stock them. One time the towel and spray cleaner shelves were locked. The employees didn't bother to open them up. Most times the vacuums do work but there has been a couple days where certain hoses didn't have suction and I had to go to a different spot. What happened to businesses paying employees to come in a half hour early before the opening to set up and stock everything to make sure whatever the customer needs is available? I pay monthly for this membership. Shouldn't I not have to deal with the gate not accepting my barcode sticker? Shouldn't I not have to deal with having no microfiber towels available? Shouldn't I not have to deal with certain vacuums not working right? I understand companies aren't perfect and computer systems not working right, but not being open at the times a business says they are open and having the cleaning towels shelves not stocked or locked up during business hours isn't too much to ask. I still give two stars because the car wash does do a decent job cleaning the car. The employees aren't mean and do seem to help when you need them. Vacuums do work and suck most of the time. Take 5 isn't the best car wash or at least not at this location. Unfortunately, it located a couple minutes away from where I live so it's convenient and not worth driving a couple miles to go somewhere else. Not the best car wash location but if things do improve I'm willing to change my review into a positive one. Update 4/18/26 - Editing down to one star. After a couple more weeks this car wash still hasn't improved. This time the car wash was opened at 8:00am. I drove past to do other errands but got there at 8:30am. I still get an error at the gate about having more washes even when I pay a monthly fee. The worst part is even a half hour after they opened the cleaning shelves are still locked up! Insane! I uploaded two more pictures. This is definitely the most unprofessional business I've ever seen. Do NOT go here. The morning crew is horrible. I did get a response to this review but there are no improvements. Update 4/25/26 - STILL HORRIBLE! They open at 8:30am. I get that almost 9:00am and all lanes are closed! Uploaded another photo. This company is literally the worst company I've seen. I have decided today to finally terminate my membership and go to Rocket Car Wash on 7200 south. Absolutely ridiculous. I tried many times to see if there was an improvement but only gets worse.

  The car wash malfunctioned during the wash and pushed me into the car in front of me. It was a hard hit but the brushes came between our two cats. So no damage. Also they don't have spray bottles any more.
