The commitment to giving the lowest price and flaxibility and low beurocrstic res tape and hostile marketing was a relief. The problems happen when a company or business people buy places like these and then try to make quick cash by jacking up rates and making minimal improvements to justify higher rates. The other problem doen the road is rasing rates every few months making people storage hop. I heard that this happens here too. If this keeps happening, it keeps the market open for credting new long term storage locations for finding the lowest consistent price. Eventually some large conglomerste will buy all the storsge facilities and hike the prices up everywhere, creating an oligopoly, which then commerce regulation will get involved with more lawyers will lobby for law suits and then prices go up again to pay for all of that greed.

On top of that, they were able to cut my monthly bill in half compared to what I was paying before. The staff has been helpful and the move-in process was easy. Definitely a great option if you're looking for affordable storage in a convenient location.

They understand that life happens and sometimes it is difficult to keep up. Sometimes you need storage for long-term, sometimes for short. They are just there to help with great customer services and understanding. I have done business with over 50 different storage facilities around the Wasatch Front and Back and this is a great place to leave your things a while.
