    THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. If I could give 0 stars for this location, I would. I purchased a 6 month pass online in AUGUST and nobody there could help me actually get my pass. I still have no pass to use to get my car washed. 3 times I went and the employees couldn't figure it out. Surely I am not the only person who purchased a 6 month pass THAT YOU OFFER before????? The last time I went, she took my debit card to try and find my pass, but signed me up for a monthly pass without my approval, so then I got charged another $20 on top of the $80 I already paid. When I returned to get it fixed, she only canceled it, and didn't refund me and didn't help me with my issues. She gave me the number to customer service. Customer service is even more of a joke. You call and can't talk to anyone. They text you a link to their contact form and I have been waiting a freaking month for someone to reply to me. Seriously not worth the headache. I have never experienced worse customer service. Shiny Shell is far better.

    The Van Winkle store is consistently broke down and that’s the one I purchased the membership for. In addition, I would say at least 3/4 of the vacuums are broken so there’s never a place to vacuum your car. It’s getting old. It seems they still want to charge my credit card for my membership however, and I can’t find a way to call them.

    I love this place I'm here every day even plan to use their emissions center good staff and crew came over and gave me some air freshener
