    Hours, they are in winter hours and online says they are open until 8pm but they are not they close at 7pm

    I have no issues with the physical location itself. But the subscription billing portion has been a nightmare and is a scam. I signed up online for a car wash monthly subscription, the location told me they are not able to help me as online subscriptions are different. Since signing up for the subscription, I have been able to utilize it once. After that the app errors out and says to contact support. I contacted support and received no help. A few days later, my subscription shows up as canceled in the app with no explanation and their support stop responding to me. Despite all of that, they are still continuing to try to bill me for ongoing subscriptions for something I can’t use. I had to block the company with my credit card card and dispute previous transactions. I would actually want to hear back from someone that can help me cancel my subscription and stop billing attempts.
