  I make it a point to use Maverick gas stations but this one, I will never go to again. I was there around 9:30 at night and the staff was being completely inappropriate. If this was my first impression of the Maverick brand they would not have a repeat customer.

  24 Hour Beer!!!! Also, everyone there does a pretty good job. Whoever takes care of the food there does a great job too because its always good and I never see hot food out of date like I do at some other stores.

  Please stop selling bacon on everything I have dietary restrictions and can't have it because of gout unless its turkey bacon i literally have to take cherry extract supplement pills with me.

  If I could go lower I would. I went in there this morning about 4:50 AM to get a Gatorade, a water a cup of ice and two packs of marble black shorts paid for everything got up to get my breakfast this morning with my husband got to McDonald’s to buy my breakfast sandwich realized that he gave us the wrong cigarettes took them back and said hey these are the wrong ones can I get the right ones? He said I’m sorry once they leave the store. They’re not my problem. It’s your problem. Maybe if the cashier was more worried about his job instead of going outside and smoking with a security guard. I would’ve got the right cigarettes to begin with. I understand that it is my bad for not double checking but it is not that hard to say oh I’m sorry here you go. I work in customer service. Also, I do this on a daily basis of a customer came into me and said hey you sold me the wrong part I’d be more than happy to give him the right one to be treated the way that I was treated this morning with my husband over a two packs of cigarettes that cost over $20 is a little bit ridiculous. My husband will also be contacting his manager something about this needs to be done. It doesn’t matter how much you want to smoke a cigarette with your security guard outside when you’ve got customers in the store we’re not gone. I could understand if I was gone for like two hours and realized that the cigarettes were wrong, but we’re talking less than 10 minutes and we can’t exchange our cigarettes because he handed us the wrong ones because they left the store. what if I was just sitting out in the parking lot and went back inside and said hey these are wrong am I still gonna get treated the same way I would like something done about this and I would like my cigarettes replaced. I then I talk to customer service who says it’s up to the store if they want to exchange them or not then they email me and inform me that’s their policy. So if you buy something and don’t double and triple check and get and demand a receipt then you are screwed and out the money you spent.

  Tony is one of the best workers there. He's always attentive and has wonderful customer service skills. I know when I go in (which is multiple times a week) and he's on shift i have nothing to worry about. Please please give this man a Kudos or whatever you guys do to recognize top employees
