10 I would give Gerber a 100 if I could. They were amazing to work with. They worked with my insurance, State Farm, on a collision claim and were, by far, the most communicative and customer service oriented of any group I dealt with in this issue (insurance, police, the other drivers insurance, etc.) Gerber could teach every business thing or two about customer service! The work on my car was completed much faster than expected and when I went to pick up my vehicle and noticed it sounded “different” than usual, but couldn’t pinpoint where the problem was coming from, they were extremely patient trying different things to investigate the problem. They test drove the repaired car with me and confirmed my concern whereas many other places might have just shrugged me off. After several attempts to sort out the problem which kept them working well after their closing time, they agreed to keep working on it the next few days. A few days later, I received a text that they had determined the problem and I could come back to test it. Sure enough, it was resolved. As a female with limited car knowledge, I was so impressed with David’s kindness and patience working through the issue. (Something in the wheel). Most places I’ve worked with in the past have shrugged off my concerns or tried to gaslight me that I wasn’t hearing what i was hearing when it was so subtle. But he didn’t. He respected my concern and got it resolved. 100 stars for Gerber!
