After our purchase he offered to come outside with us (it was a freezing cold night) and help us put the new wipers on the car. Since it was myself, and older woman and my granddaughter we really did appreciate his gel because he knew just how to do it and was very quick. I called so I can return a part I bought the man told me I would be able to so I drove all the way over there and he proceeded to tell me I couldn’t. He told me that sale was final which wasn’t the case at all because there was no final sale in my receipt. He proceeded to tell me my part was electrical when it literally is not whatsoever and that’s why it couldn’t be refunded. I got a hold of customer service and they told me to just take the part somewhere else for a refund which I did. He was rude and lacked communication dont go here

- DCDenisha CarlonDec 27, 20251.0My daughter called before hand and asked if an item was returnable we let them know what part it was they said we could return it as long as we had proof of purchase she went in not even 30 minutes later and the same manager she spoke with declined the return even though it was new in the package and never been used and we had the proof of purchase the manager here was so rude and so unprofessional if I could give a 0 star rating I would worst customer service ever!!
