- CFCharee FarrNov 13, 20251.0This is the dirtiest store out there!!! I'm pretty sure my husband and I got food poisoning recently and I'm not sure why the Mt. Pleasant store has not gotten a face lift. This maverick is way too small and it's always crowded. It's about time this location gets an upgrade.
- BBBrian BoogerNov 5, 20251.0Im maverick is BAD. They literally CALLED MY SCHOOL because they thought I was acting SUSPICIOUS. As an African American, this is honestly so messed up. They apparently called every school in the district until they found one that had my name in their roster. Anyways, they thought I was acting weird because I entered the store twice in ten minutes, but I’m a regular customer(I know most of the staff) and I was just eating at the picnic table outside and went back for seconds. But this new ginger employee that I have never seen before thought I was acting weird and got me suspended, even though I was COMPLETELY SOBER. I hate maverick now. Don’t go here on Wednesday night, go here every other day when the girl with the black hair and braids is working—she’s sooooo nice. But NOT the ginger.

- AMAmelia MerrimanJun 8, 20251.0We went into the store today to get slushies however they did not have any lids and so I asked them if they did and the guy Brady that was working told me to hold on like I was interrupting him. He finally comes around the corner and he tells me I can't use the cup that I had grabbed for the slushies. These are the cups that are right next to the slushies. I proceeded to tell him I have always used these cups because I told those are the ones that you use. He got mouthy with me and told me that I can't use those cups because he said so. He proceeded to treat me like dirt. The cashier is no better and her name is Susan. Those two people should not even be working in this store. They should not be around people they have no customer service skills and they treat everybody like dirt. I am not impressed. Sadly I've been coming to the store for years and I probably will not be back because of them.
