However, when I was checking out it was quite busy, and there was only a single employee struggling to keep up with the line. There was another employee who came out briefly - maybe from the office. But she didn’t step in to support the cashier or help check any customers out, and went back after hovering for a moment. The cashier was friendly but clearly overworked. It was a shame to see.
