However, when I was checking out it was quite busy, and there was only a single employee struggling to keep up with the line. There was another employee who came out briefly - maybe from the office. But she didn’t step in to support the cashier or help check any customers out, and went back after hovering for a moment. The cashier was friendly but clearly overworked. It was a shame to see.

Knowing the usual standards for Mavericks, I can only attribute its decline to poor management on site. The large vehicle pump blocks were a disaster. They should be cleaned monthly, at least. There was so much fuel in the bays, the air was toxic, and I had to choose the least disgusting path to even take care of business. Management, PLEASE TAKE BETTER CARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!
