I had a great experience at this workshop. The guy who attended us, Ian, was extremely kind and helpful from the very beginning. He really understood our situation and made every effort to assist us in the best possible way. The service was excellent, and I truly appreciate the attention and care we received. Highly recommended!

Almost two year ago this place screwed me over.
I was on a cross country road trip NJ > CA and needed my tire repaired from a nail that got stuck in NM. I went in everything was going well with the patch. I was called twice once at 1:50 to let me know my car was fixed and I can pick up the car soon. Then again at 2:13pm (it’s in the photos, please consider the time zone change reading 4:13pm) I didn’t pick up because I was walking back to the shop. A worker left a message on my phone telling me “whoever put your tires on last cross threaded one of them um we tried to just repairs and one wheel stud”. HOLD ON. So I got a call saying to pick up the car and everything with the patch job was great and they were finishing up. Then I get a second call to let me know someone else previously messed up my stud and it snapped on them. AND they even tried to fix it? Without my knowledge? ODD. This is all in the voice mail message I have on my phone.
At this point I have 4 studs. They tell me it’s safe to drive. How safe back across the country? I don’t know. I stupidly paid for the service because what happened next was ABSOLUTELY INSANE and still enrages me to this day. I drive to my next stop, Monument Valley, 2 hours away. I get out and take a look at my lug nut that has just been severed. AND WHAT DO I SEE? Two LOOSE lug nuts (front and rear). I was shocked to see the complete lack of professionalism and zero mechanical skills when it comes to tightening lug nuts. This is not normal. Not only did this shop snap my one lug nut because they crosses the threads, they didn’t even make sure the others compromised on the tire were secure for me to travel back across the country. It’s so infuriating knowing there are mechanics who don’t care about safety. These lug nuts were about to fall off. See the video for reference. I called the shop letting them know how they messed up and how incompetent the mechanics are to send me out on a tire with one snapped stud and one compromised. The owner did say he would have a mechanic drive out to where I was to tow it back to Moab to fix it. I told him, “YOU ACTUALLY THINK I’D TRUST YOUR MECHANICS AFTER THIS?”
I just don’t understand why my wheel hub was cut without my knowledge. An honorable shop would have open communication about what they need to do before they do it. This leads me to 100% believe someone here was the one to mess up my car stud as they were “finishing up” the job. That’s why I got the second call about the snapped stud. Wouldn’t you think they let me know when they first called me? You don’t call the car owner to pick up the car then call them again saying something bad happened. If you watch the video, she said when “they we were taking off the tire” so hours earlier this incident happened and they failed to tell me until after I got the call they were finishing up and to pick up my car. Also, if the lug nut is stuck and you know I’m driving across the country, why didn’t you give me the option to decide if I wanted you to cut off my stud? I would’ve kept doing what I had been which was finding air pumps on my routes. I didn’t need you to make that decision for me as it is not your vehicle! This also leads me to believe that this snapped stud happened when they were putting the tire back on and THEY crossed the threads.
This is a dishonest, sketchy and dangerous place to get a repair. Go somewhere else.

My son was traveling from California to Moab .I called to set up an alignment appointment with Sage. After a long drive to get there he went there to drop off his vehicle Sage was setting up the appointment when Coby came in and was extremely rude. He said they are not going to align it Coby said several times we are done My son left there .He went to the Ford dealership. They came out and looked at it. Ordered 2 new tires and are aligning it for him. It was disappointing to have this happen in Moab after coming there for many years
