Would have been better off swapping to my spare and going somewhere else. We came in 10 mins till they closed because we needed the repair so we could get back on the road. They said we would have to pay double. I would have gladly gave the mechanic that had to stay late a tip but double. Bad customer service.
- MMMystical Magical MuseApr 11, 20251.0DANGER!!! Not 1, not 2 but 3 occasions that I know of 'Point S' has put tires on only to have them fall off while driving. Fortunately, no one got hurt but a very close call. This is a life & death situation. Also, several years ago I called to have my oil changed and they told me a $price, when I went to pick my car up "he" tried to charge me over $40 than what I was originally told. He said he had to special order the oil. I confronted him and he gave me the original price, but I never went back and dont plan to, especially knowing about their inability to put tires on. I am a long time local and well connected to our community.
