    My husband and I rented a car during our visit to Moab recently. The service here was amazing. I thought I checked the rental thoroughly before returning it, but I left my sunglasses in the car. I considered my sunglasses gone forever, but I called and spoke to Hunter who is amazing. He took my name and number and he ended up finding my sunglasses! I cannot thank Hunter enough! He shipped my glasses to me and I could not be happier! Thank you again!!

    We rented a car one way from Denver to Moab. Had a very nice experience dropping it off in Moab, a very efficient and caring staff members. Exceeded our expectations. Some note about the location, if going West it is easy to miss the sign.

    To the Manager of National/Enterprise Moab, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding hospitality and assistance provided to my family and me during our recent vacation. We were stranded with a flat tire at the Canyonlands National Park Visitor Center and were uncertain of how to proceed. The National/Enterprise team in Moab acted swiftly and with incredible dedication. They not only arranged a tow truck but, upon learning that ride-sharing services were unavailable, they coordinated with the Enterprise office to secure a replacement vehicle. The level of service went far beyond our expectations when two team members, Hunter Maldonado and Miyoshi Lee, drove an hour to pick us up. Their willingness to go the extra mile was truly remarkable and turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Thanks to their actions, we were able to finish our day enjoying the beautiful scenery of Canyonlands. Please recognize Hunter and Miyoshi for their exceptional commitment to customer service.     Amazing service! After we returned our car for the day one of the staff drove us back to our campsite so we didn’t need to call a cab. Would definitely recommend this site in Moab!

    We needed a last minute rental and I’m glad we were referred here. The pickup and after hours drop-off were super easy, and everything about the rental went off without a hitch. But the absolute highlight was Miyoshi! She was incredibly helpful, personable, and made the whole car rental experience absolutely wonderful. 5 star customer service!
