  I've had good experience with Enterprise. Rented from them multiple times. THIS particular Enterprise is next level. Will def rent here again.

  I am having difficulty finding my review that I wrote on 3.28.2026. In that review, I awarded this location only two stars, because they overcharged me two hours because they checked in my car two hours after I dropped it off before they opened. This location refunded the amount they overcharged. For this, I am upgrading my review to four stars. I am now pleased with Enterprise overall. However, I docked them one star. The reason is their customer service office at the Salt Lake City regional center failed to contact me, even though I emailed them. I had to drive back to Millcreek on 4.1.2026 when I unexpectedly was finished early with training at my assigned location in SLC for 4.1.2026. Millcreek moved me up to head of the line, were professional, and had the refund processed in five minutes. I cannot say the same for the Salt Lake City regional office which did not even bother to investigate my complaint.

  I want to thank you for your efficient and careful attention. You put me in a lovely, safe vehicle. Everything was explained thoroughly during the entire process. Shout out to Tío. Watching you be a team was great while you coordinated a busy lobby. Fantastic work. Will be coming back to this location if services are ever required and recommending you to my family and loved ones.

  This is regarding Enterprise Rental Agreement 2V08TC. I picked up the car at another location (Bountiful), and was allowed by agreement to drop off the car 24 hours later at your location. Pick up time was 839 AM Friday the 27th (see rental agreement) and return time was supposed to be 24 hours (839 AM on the 28th today. I returned it at 832 AM next day, which within the 24 hours. You opened at 9 AM today, and had the opportunity to check it in before the grace period expired at 909 AM. The car was in the designated return spot. However, the invoice shows that you did not bother to check in until 1055 AM which was more than two hours past the drop off time and well past the time you opened. This is inappropriate and you overcharged me with the two hours I left it for you to check in. That is why I gave you only two stars. I would appreciate you correcting this oversight and if you do, I will be happy to change the rating to either four or five stars. Trillion thanks.
