- EMEmi McBrideDec 28, 20231.0Our moving experience with Penske has unfortunately been a nightmare. :(( Had a truck reservation, showed up to pick it up, even had a confirmation number and they didn’t have a single truck. They sent us to several nearby locations that each guaranteed they would have a truck, but when we arrived at each location we were told they didn’t have any. We have had our entire house boxed up and sitting outside waiting for the truck for hours. Our entire family and neighbor hood was ready to help and we had to send everyone away because we didn’t have a truck. I felt like I needed to leave this review for others to be aware of Penske and their lack of business management and customer service. I also wrote this for Penske to hopefully read so that they can improve and give the kind of service that they guarantee on their website. :)

When you get transferred to this location no one will pick up because the location is not set up for direct phone call Scheduling. To book a rental here let the call center know you are trying to book there and give them the information. Then show up at Home Depot to pick up your Penske Rental. Despite having difficulty with scheduling, I was able to successfully schedule thru the call center with Austin. I got a truck and I had a great experience.
