  Once upon a time, 1988, I was a Snap-on Tools Dealer and I sold tools and equipment to Jon and his son-in-law Craig. One of my favorite stops on my route, always professional, honest, and friendly, easy to believe they knew what they were doing. Technology was just beginning to change the industry. All of a sudden, you needed more than a few wrenches, ratchets and a timing light, you needed idiagnostic machines, and you had to understand hundreds of codes and the race was on. My Snap-On days ended and back into the construction job site. I'd always tackled the care and maintenance of my vehicles, but I stayed in touch with Precision Automotive and whenever I needed advice, Jon and Craig were there to help. I decided to take my 2013 BMW XI out of the moth balls and I was going back to Precision Automotive European to check things out, clean things up. I called Kennan, Jon's grandson, set up an appointment. Last week my car was at the shop. The technology of the automobile has made it almost impossible for individuals to do anything, but put window washing fluid in the reservoir. After a few hours, I received a text estimate of the recommended repairs, status and general health of the automobile. We had a conversation about repairs needed at this time and what might happen in the future. I authorize the repairs. The car was finished sooner than expected, and we picked up the car. 😊 Now. I have a chance to share my feelings with you. Trust, respect, and confidence that your car is in good hands, that the repairs will be guaranteed and handled by qualified technicians, friendly staff and the spirit of Jon Young for many generations to come. I'm just now, hopping into my 2023 Model Y Tesla on my way to have its first service appointment. Thanks Craig and Keenan, see you soon.

  They did great diagnosing my car however I’d recommend going to a different European shop this place quoted me almost double what I got quoted elsewhere

  I brought my car in to have the control arms replaced, and Precision European Auto handled everything with my warranty company, which made the whole process incredibly easy for me. When the parts were delayed due to storms, they went out of their way to source them elsewhere and rush‑order them so I could get my car back before the weekend—at no extra cost. I had also asked for a recalibration because the Audi dealership told me it was needed. Instead of just doing the service and charging me, they tested it first and confirmed it wasn’t necessary. They didn’t perform the service, and they didn’t charge me for something I didn’t need—unlike experiences I’ve had with other shops. These guys are honest, upfront, and genuinely great to work with. I’m so glad I found a mechanic I can trust for all my car’s needs. I highly recommend them!

  Spent 3300$ to find out vehicle needs 12000$ more work for “blown head gasket.” Crazy how that is discovered after the thousands are already spent ! Maybe it’s because my wife took the vehicle and was easy to take advantage of... Wouldn’t recommend.

  Nobody like car repair…these guys are of the exception to all of issues I typically have with repair shops, particularly with foreign cars! They were detailed, accurate, fair, on-time, and communicative throughout! As a result, I’d even call Precision European Automotive and its team TRUSTWORTHY and ultimately DEPENDABLE. They’ll have my business for good!
