They took my information and told me I would be contacted in 3 days by their claims department. That was 5 days ago and I still haven’t heard anything. First and last time I ever use this car wash. Update: The car wash will just say “user error” and see shadows on cameras so they don’t have to pay for damages. I don’t know what brushes they uses, but apparently they have fingers that can get inside fuel doors (not gas caps boys) and rip them off. But what do I know…I’m just a little woman who can screw back on her gas cap. Apparently it also takes getting talked to by said little woman to get an actual response via email same day. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HATE YOUR CAR.
