  I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I paid $20 for a wash, and my car came out looking like it hadn’t even been touched. It was so dirty that I could literally write my name in the grime with my finger after the cycle was finished. When I drove around to show the attendant the results and asked if he could send it through again, he completely blew me off. He told me they "don't do that" and that if I wanted another wash, I’d have to sign up for a monthly membership. It’s ridiculous to suggest a subscription when they can't even get a single wash right. The attendant (the one with the noticeable dental issues) seemed like he couldn't care less that I was unsatisfied with the service I just paid for. To make matters worse, the facility is poorly maintained: • I had to move my car twice because the first two vacuum bays I tried didn't even work. • There were zero clean towels available in the vacuum area. I essentially paid $20 to do the work myself with broken equipment. I truly do not recommend this car wash to anyone. Spend your money somewhere that actually cleans your car and values its customers.

  Been going here for years. The new stupid rule that the bed of the truck has to be completely empty has me looking for a new car wash. I have 2 extremely heavy spare tires in my bed and they want them removed to go through. It is rediculous....

  This place has gone down hill so much over the years while increasing cost. So sad. But most recently I went and they are no longer alowing anything in truck beds to go through. I have a rooftop tent that is flush with my roof so basically like a bed shell, so nothing really in my bed, but if that is the new policy that would be fine, but they had one line open and signing people up for the monthly program in that line. Over the 15 minutes i was waiting, multiple empoyees saw my truck and didn't tell me the new policy till I get all the way to the front. I will be taking none of my family cars here any longer. Terrible service.

  Very shady business practices. I went in for a one-time car wash, and instead they pushed a monthly membership. The process was rushed and not clearly explained, and they attempted to place a membership sticker on my vehicle without proper consent or transparency. When you try to cancel, they run you through the ringer—requesting excessive information, delaying responses, and making the process unnecessarily difficult in what feels like an intentional attempt to prevent cancellation. Overall, the experience felt misleading and frustrating, more focused on locking customers into recurring charges than providing straightforward service. If you just want a single wash, be extremely cautious and make sure you are not being enrolled in a membership without realizing it.
