    I recently had a very disappointing experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Midvale. Jerom assisted me, and unfortunately, it was the worst customer service experience I’ve had. He didn’t ask me what type of car I preferred or if I had any specific needs. Instead, he assigned me a vehicle without any discussion or options. I was not offered insurance coverage or given any explanation about protection plans, which is something I always expect when renting a car. There was very little communication overall, and I felt rushed and ignored throughout the process. Because of this experience, I ended up leaving and going to another Enterprise location in Sandy to complete my rental. The difference in service was noticeable, and it’s unfortunate that I had to go out of my way just to receive basic customer care. Customer service should be about listening to the client and providing clear information, especially when it comes to something as important as a rental agreement. This experience did not meet even basic expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service at this location.

    If I could negative stars I would. I reserved a 15 passenger van for a family vacation for new years. We need more than 7 seats. Our pickup time was at 3pm on New Year’s Eve. The local agent called me to confirm my reservation just before Christmas. They told me to bring my DL, proof of insurance, and credit card. I arrived on Dec 31st a few minutes after 3pm. The facility was closed. They close at 3pm. I didn’t think they closed at 3pm if they let me set the pick up time for 3pm. There’s always paperwork and stuff that takes time so why let someone schedule a pickup time at close that will make you stay past closing time? I also didn’t think they closed at 3pm because the agent that called from the pick up location to confirm my reservation never said “be early” or “be here at 3pm sharp since we close at 3pm.” They never told me when they called to confirm my reservation that the location closed at 3pm, let alone 3pm sharp. Why wouldn’t you warn someone you close so they know? If would have known they close at 3pm I would’ve come early or even moved up my pick up time. Also, why not call me when you see I haven’t arrived and you’re closing? It’s a no brainer to call same day and say “hey are you coming? We’re closing in 5 or 15 or whatever minutes”. Now I can’t get a vehicle the size I need for our family new years trip. So our vacation is screwed. Words cannot describe my disappointment in enterprise.
