Jared was outstanding with assisting me. As he was walking towards the door of the store, he stopped and helped loosened my Antifreeze bottle lid.
Jared assisted me with a kind gentle smile. That motivated me to purchase more Antifreeze from your store.

I give 1 star of course because I can't give negative stars I have been coming to this location many years, it's always hit or miss in their costumer service anyway, I requested to borrow the scanner to reset my car check engine light (my self, I know how to do it) after I had done a small repair on my car, I asked an older gentleman but a bald guy with glasses in a girdle came out and said we don't that here I ask how come, I've done it so many other times? He just flat out said NO we don't do that here we don't do OM here (whatever that means), he also was mad for some reason.
Honestly I want to come to this location because it's convenient and close but because of this guy and others through the years they keep driving me back to O'Reilly's

The only reason I'm even giving this a one star review is because I can't give it a negative star review. I live in the local area and have been going to this store for years. I usually get help from a young lady named Cherry who is always helpful and very knowlgeable. But the last time I was in the store I was being helped by another employee, an older gentleman who was more than willing to help me. I attempted to get my money back on some UNOPENED gear oil, but I didn't have my receipt with me after having lost it, I would have looked up the purchase on my banking app if allowed to, but was interrupted by the manager on duty. I first mistakenly said I had bought the oil at the beginning of December, and they told me they couldn't look up a reciept that old. At that point the manager said that I could only get in store credit, but as I was walking out I realized I had misspoken, and meant to say that I bought them near the begining of January. When I asked if they could look that up, the other employee started to say they could, but got interuppted by the manager who heard the question from a around a corner and came back to tell me that they wouldn't look up my reciept , and that I could either accept an in-store credit or nothing, then walked away mumbling loudly next time I should remember my reciept. The manager (Scott I think), was mean, crancky, and rude. I will not return to that location again unless I have no other choice if that's how the management is. I can only guess that's what he teaches his employees, and even if they aren't acting that way, I won't chance running into that manager again. It's not the first time I've had to deal with his cranky attitude, and unwilliness to listen to a costomer attempting a civilized converstion.
