I wasnât going to leave a negative review because I do understand the previous owner, Take 5, didnât do their job and cancel my subscription when they said it was cancelled back in November 2025 when they were switching ownership. I have email confirmation. I noticed two random quick quack charges for March and April and had emailed quick quack with very little response and finally called on May 4. I waited on hold for over 10 minutes and finally got someone. He was pleasant and helped me go through the process of holding and questions to get the unauthorized charges removedâŠwell I thought they were being removed. He said it was all cancelled and charges were taken off but they are still on my card days later with nothing pending. I went ahead and disputed at this point. Very sketchy business. I would encourage anyone to support your local car wash over this place! What an unnecessary hassle to say the least with zero resolution on their end.
$30 and 80% of my truck was dirty after going through the wash. It didnât touch most of my truck. It said it cleaned and shined the tires. There was no cleaning on my tires but there was about 2 inches where could see a bit of a shinny spot. This place is a rip off

I've officially visited the newest Quick Quack on 12th street and I honestly have to say that this one is probably my new favorite. đ„° The only way to get to it is from a traffic light so no hazardous turns, distinctly marked separate in and out areas so no collisions between people entering the car wash and exiting the vacuum station, and I have to say WOW to the high powered dryer in the tunnel! Those are the most dryers I've seen at a Quick Quack and it is by far the driest my car has managed to get with, as an added bonus, zero soap left over, only water. The vacuum area was interesting as it's all very open and spacious so there's no cover for your car but those vacuums stretch for miles and I'm happy about that. Everything was well stocked, very clean, and the ground wasn't soaking wet so I actually didn't need to put on my disposable shoes after I was done cleaning my car (I usually need to do that to avoid getting water from the ground back into my car right after I'd already wiped my mats and such). And as always, I was there probably the longest out of every customer making sure my car was spotless, (once again, I'm a Lyft driver and feedback on the cleanliness of my car is marked by passengers so I'm extra paranoid of the appearance of my car), and the staff let me clean in peace. It was also the quietest Quick Quack I've visited so it was very calming. My experience at this location was nothing short of above and beyond to my expectations and I will go to this one again since it's right after the exit I take to get to Ogden, (Ogden is one of my favorite cities to Lyft in so I always start from the 12th street exit). Thank you as always for the best experience. â€ïž
UPDATE 04/23/2026: Second visit here and the staff is extremely friendly as well, I don't remember the name of the gentleman who checked me in but he was very nice so once again, Quick Quack has staffed only the best. Thank you for the dash wipes. đ
UPDATE 04/29/2026: 3rd visit here, the nice gentleman's name is Casen, he helped me again today with the same smile. Had to give a proper shout out.

10 out of 10 not impressed with this location. Itâs extremely frustrating when you get your car wash and it doesnât come out clean. Why doesnât it? Because I have a manufactured roof racks that came with my vehicle. Iâve been told by the quick quack employees and a manager they donât care about your vehicle they care about their machines. Are their machines not good enough to handle peopleâs vehicles? I could possible understand if it was an after market roof rack or other equipment on vehicles but when itâs apart of the vehicle and you turn your brushes to the softest setting and barley touches the vehicle is outrageous. The âmanagerâ on shift needs to learn how to be a manager and learn customer service skills to be able to actively listen to the customer. I have been told by different Quick Quack locations such as West Jordan at Jordan Landing, Farmington, Harrisville/Ogden, and Riverdale to make sure I advise that my roof rack is manufactured. Had no problems until tonight. Just because you say âwell I am the managerâ doesnât make you correct. Even telling them the locations he decided to put the brushes on the softest setting to prove his point. Well here is my point, I will be canceling my membership as this isnât worth $70 a month for crappy service and crappy equipment. If a company canât stand by the quality of their equipment then I think people should reconsider their memberships.
