  They stole money from my bank account. That is the reality. They activated a membership I had cancelled with Take 5 and used my card to charge me the very most they could. It took two calls and time holding to get you to cancel it but I STILL do not have my money back. 10 years ago I had a membership in Bountiful, UT with QQ. It took me 3 months to cancel it and never gave me my money back. How is that ok? If you give them your card info, you are taking chances.

  Tiedyn was horrible. I drove through this car wash yesturday in a friend’s car and the people were great and very nice. Today I took my own car through and he was nothing but rude. I understand that you are going to ask if I want to join the membership but when he asked if I wanted to join and I said not right now he would not take no as an answer. He kept asking well what’s holding you back and why not now about 5 times, he was demanding an answer and was so rude about it. I finally got him to shut up when I told him I have $5000 in medal bills I need to pay.

  The service is great at Quick Quack! I’m excited this location is open. I think the car wash is a little longer (more spread out and more dryers) than some of the others. The guy who checked me in was so helpful and the ladies at the table (Lindy and Grace) too were great. The only downer for me is that the cost is a lot if you don’t have a promotion (and the undercarriage wash isn’t in the most basic). I get it whenever I can though!

  Oh my gosh! I love this new location! It's right off the freeway which is so convenient because the other local stops are in town. The dryers work amazing and let me tell you about the staff... Lindy is absolutely the sweetest girl! Goes above and beyond and makes you feel like a queen. She's so personable and outgoing and we'll go to extra mile 💯 Alan's a rockstar too! He didn't mind running clear across the parking lot for me without even having to ask. Best customer service out of all the locations I've been to. If you've got a membership, definitely my favorite spot. Even if you don't, you should absolutely check these guys out! Thanks babes!!

  Stopped by for the free wash as I was curious and use to work at and run this location when it was Elite/Take 5. Tiedyn is the one who helped me and man the kid could not take no for an answer. Told him I get free washes thru my current employer and that I just wanted to try it out as I used to work there. The kid proceeds to ask me once again why I dont want a membership, after I already explained. Then tells me everything has been upgraded but couldn't tell me what. Once again I tell him I get free washes thru my employer. He then tries to sell me the membership. again. This is ridiculous. He asked me 5 or 6 times it started to piss me off. As someone whos worked in this industry for nearly 9 years now, that is not how you do business. I will not be back to any quick quack location if this is what they do. 100% would recommend shiny shell or the mister thats 5 minutes away. Also the wash did not do a good job, water spots all over the place because their rinses dont seem to do what theyre supposed to and the blowers do a horrible job drying the car which is weird considering other wash companies use the exact same blowers.
