  Deceptive sales practices. Also I asked if complete car wash included under carriage and was told yes. It doesn't! Offered 40% off for a year but when trying to sign up it was a failure. Kids at the car wash have no real clue and no management is ever available. Even on line it is difficult to contact someone, to get answers. I now understand why friends from other areas said good luck when I told them I couldn't wait to see the Magna location opened. I cancelled my membership but they charged me anyway. Have to go through the whole bank dispute crap and get a new card. Response from owner included an address to contact but that too is a failure. The address simply took me to the home page. It did not get me to management to discuss the issues. There was no place to give my license plate and phone number as requested. They did cancel my membership, but I am yet to see the funds back into my bank account.

  Got a free wash during their opening and it wasn't good. First it wasn't clear when to start driving at the end of the wash. Normally there's a light but during my wash it just stopped and started beeping loudly. This happened twice while I was in it so I knew it was happened to the cars in front of me too. I went to the vacuums and found the drying was awful. My car had water spots all over it. An employee came over to sell me a membership and I showed him. He pointed me to the towels and suggested I just wipe down the whole car. Not helpful at all. Then I had trouble leaving because employees parked along the side, making it so I had to wait for the line of incoming cars to stop to leave because employee cars were blocking.

  I visited Quick Quack on March 7th, and they offered to add another car to my plan for $5. I accepted the offer, but on March 14th, I was charged $22 on my card instead. I called them to resolve this, and they told me they could not refund my money. They only opened a case, but I do not recommend them. Their service is terrible."

  Let me be crystal clear: the sign-holding kids out front are NOT the problem. They're just doing their job and don't know any better. The problem is the complete failure of management to train their staff on being decent neighbors. For weeks now, residents on both sides of the road in Magna have been subjected to an endless, ear-splitting parade of semi-truck horn blasts — all day, every day — because Quick Quack's sign wavers are out there actively encouraging it. Semi-trucks. That don't even fit in your car wash. Let that sink in. You're torturing an entire neighborhood to drum up business from vehicles you cannot even service. This isn't a one-time oversight. This is a pattern. That means one of two things is true: management has failed to train their employees, or management knows and simply doesn't care about the people who live here. Neither option is acceptable. Both are a reflection of how this business views the community it operates in — as collateral damage. This is what desperate, thoughtless marketing looks like. Honking horns don't clean cars. They destroy quality of life for families trying to work, rest, and live their lives in peace. If you can't be a responsible business neighbor, maybe Magna Utah wasn't the right place to plant your flag. Fix your training. Own the problem. Be better.

  I had an amazing experience at Quick Quack Car Wash newest location in Magna, and Bianca made it even better! She took the time to answer all of my questions about the memberships and clearly explained what each option has to offer. Bianca was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole conversation. What I appreciated most was that she never pressured me into getting a membership. She simply gave me all the information I needed and made sure I understood the benefits. Because of her great customer service, I realized how convenient the membership is—especially with the awesome sales they have going on for the new location. Honestly, without Bianca’s help, I probably wouldn’t have signed up for a membership. I’m really glad I did, and it’s all thanks to her! Huge thank you to Bianca for going above and beyond and making the experience so positive.
