This time, the people there didn't do it. My car ended up scratched, which I think is poor service for a business that's just starting out.

This was surprising because I’ve gone through several other Quack locations with the same setup and was never refused service. He said it was a new rule they’re enforcing and that this facility is newer, but the inconsistency across locations is frustrating. Overall, not a good experience and definitely a disappointing visit.

How do I sign up for an unlimited car wash plan?
Signing up is easy and takes just minutes. Enroll online at myQQ and select one of our premium wash packages. You’ll enter your license plate or VIN to link your vehicle, allowing you access to the Members Quick Lane. You can also sign up in person at any Quick Quack Car Wash location
How do I cancel my Quick Quack unlimited wash plan?
You can cancel your Quick Quack membership anytime by logging into your myQQ account or calling Customer Care at 888-772-2792. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no additional charges will occur after cancellation.
How does the Quick Quack Car Wash process work?
Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.
Will the car wash damage my vehicle?
No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
What is the Quick Quack 100% Clean Guarantee?
If you're not fully satisfied, we’ll rewash your car immediately. And if it rains after your visit, return within 48 hours for a free rewash. And if you have an unlimited wash plan, you can always come back for another wash anytime.
