  I put a thermostat temperature sensor in my truck and it immediately threw a CEL and started kicking on the fans. It took about a month for me to get the time again to deal with it. I took the sensor back to be criticized for trying to exchange it amd told it wouldnt work. Not return it just an exchange. There is an O'Reilly right next door. When I can't go to Napa, O'Reilly will get my business. I swapped the sensor and my truck runs great, just an update.

  I've been going to AutoZone for over 30 years. Normally it's a good experience. Occasionally a new person learning. That's understandable. However today, I encountered a new person who was not ready to be thrown to the wolves and a manager who is very good at quoting policy but has no clue on how to actually use it to help a customer. I was very upset at her lack of trying, and her "finality" attitude. She wasn't aware of most of the conversation yet acted like she "knew it all" and was not willing to listen. Even when I asked her to stop and listen I hope she takes she takes an opportunity to learn how to use the keys she's given.
